Zoomify ("we", "us", or "our") is a Shopify integration that enables merchants to display and sell products during live Zoom meetings. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you install and use Zoomify, we collect the following data:
We do not collect any customer payment information. All purchases are processed entirely through Shopify's own checkout system.
All data is stored on secure servers. OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher. Access tokens expire automatically and are refreshed as needed.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your data to any third parties. The only external services your data interacts with are Shopify (for product data and order processing) and Zoom (for meeting integration), which are the core services Zoomify integrates with.
You can remove Zoomify from your Shopify store at any time through your Shopify admin. When you uninstall the app, all your data including store credentials, selected products, meeting configurations, and Zoom tokens is permanently deleted from our systems automatically.
Meeting participants who view the Zoomify product panel do not need to create an account or provide any personal information. Participant UUIDs provided by the Zoom SDK are used only for session tracking during the active meeting and are not stored beyond the meeting session.
Zoomify does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
